What is Teacher Training Competition (TTC) ?
SCOPE:
Problem statements in the field of education are prepared and delivered by industry experts. While teachers participating in these competitions will develop their analytical and problem-solving skills, they will realign their learning objectives so as to face, challenge and if possible, to prevent certain recurring education related problems in the society that equally concerns all stakeholders, viz, students, parents, teachers and the managements.
We at Teachers Integro believe that more teachers with years of experience will get an opportunity to sharpen and their leadership skills
APPROACH:
The approach to understanding, analysing and suggesting appropriate solution to the problem statement will be outlined by the expert prof who animates this competition. Thus, the competition will be more of a Case Study as being taught in Indian’s premier institutions like the IIMs. A predefined template will be provided as response sheet and a series of questionnaire will walk the teacher through the pros and cons of the problem statement, helping him/her to experience and exercise one’s expertise in handling such situations and problems in their society.

Response deadline: 15th of every month
ASSESMENT:
The objective of this competition is not to find out who is first, second or third. The objective is to find the best possible solutions under a given circumstance and to ensure that the teacher’s learning is reflected in his/her response sheet. There will be three winners, all three are first. The winners will receive a cash award of Rs.10,000 each and this amount may vary from time to time.
The assessment is being made by a jury of 3 professors following a specific evaluation metrics as defined by industry experts.
RESULTS:
The results will be announced in the Teachers Newsline Magazine in the subsequent month and check will be issued by the 1st of the month. The selected articles will be available on our blog pages in www.teachersintegro.com for others to read and download. We will also interview the winners on our social media platforms.
