Career guidance involves measuring the aptitude of a student from time to time and forecasting growth potentials in a wide range of industries as he or she grows over a certain period of time. Expert counsellors and guides are deputed by Integro to assist the children of Teachers Integro club members to help explore, decide and design the right career for students. It involves continuous interaction between the counsellor, student and the parent.

It involves time, expertise, dedication and money. This facility is provided free of cost to both the budding teachers and to the children of teachers who are members of Teachers Integro. The entire cost is born by Integro and it’s purely a welfare service offered to its members.
